Makenzie and Kyle had such a wonderful wedding! I loved capturing their entire day at the Farmland and Friends church just outside of Muncie! The two of them were so much fun and their family and friends were a blast to hang out with as well! This was a great day! Head over to Jennifer Van Elk Photography to see the rest of the photos!
Indianapolis Zoo Engagement Session with Kristin and Ben
I had so much fun capturing Kristin and Ben’s Indianapolis Zoo engagement session! We started out in the Botanical Gardens and I got a good sense of Kristin and Ben’s personalities and sense of humor! I loved working with them so much because they were so fun to hang out with during this shoot! It was super fun at the zoo because we were able to shoot in the Dolphin Dome! It took a long time, but we finally got a few photos with dolphins in the background. If you love these photos then be sure to head over to Jennifer Van Elk Photography to see more photos!
Coffee House Engagement Shoot with Jylian and Bertram
Jylian and Bertram were so much fun to capture! I met them at Tinker House Coffee Shop and wedding venue to start the shoot out! It’s the venue where they’re going to get married in a few months! After starting the shoot there, we headed to downtown Indianapolis to the White River State Park to do a few sunset shots! It was so much fun! Downtown Indy Engagement at the War Memorial with Hope and Tyler
Hope and Tyler moved out of Indiana and down to Florida before their wedding. As a result, they didn’t have a chance to do an engagement shoot with me until the week of their wedding. So, two days before their wedding we met up downtown to do a little engagement shoot and get to one another! I’m so glad we did because the photos turned out awesome. Also, it helped the three of us to get a little more comfortable with shooting together before the big day! Be sure to head over to Jennifer Van Elk Photography to see the rest of the photos!
Indiana Statehouse Engagement Session with Maggie and Timo
This is one of my favorite engagement sessions of all time. We moved Maggie and Timo’s engagement session because the first day we were supposed to shoot, it was supposed to rain. That day we canceled their engagement shoot ended up being sunny. The day we moved their engagement shoot however, ended up raining. Which didn’t seem great at first… but we decided to try to wait the rain out. The rain didn’t stop, but it did slow to sprinkle, and then the sun popped out! The photos were amazing.
