Indy Canal Wedding with Stephanie and Jonathan

Indy Canal Wedding with Stephanie and Jonathan

Stephanie and Jonathan had a gorgeous wedding on the canal in Indy. We did a first look at the canal before the wedding. That was followed by photos at the Indianapolis War Memorial in downtown Indy. Afterword we headed back to Canal 337 for the ceremony and reception. It was all so lovely. I loved shooting this Indy Canal wedding. If you want to see more photos, head over to the blog on Jennifer Van Elk Photography to see them, because these photos were all taken while shooting for my other company JVEP.

Mustard Seed Garden Wedding with Sara and Sean

Mustard Seed Garden Wedding with Sara and Sean

Sara and Sean were married on an overcast day. A week out the weather report called for thunderstorms all day. The day of the wedding, it was just cloudy with a slight drizzle during the cocktail hour. Because of the cloudy skies, we didn’t have the ability to see the sun setting. So we grabbed a flash and did our best to create a fake sunset. It tuned out beautiful. I had so much fun shooting this Mustard Seed Garden wedding with Sara and Sean for my other company, Jennifer Van Elk Photography.

Conrad Indy Rehearsal Dinner with Molly and Matt

Conrad Indy Rehearsal Dinner with Molly and Matt

Molly and Matt had an amazing rehearsal dinner the night before their wedding. I’m so glad I was able to capture the event. So many of their bridesmaids and groomsmen stood up at the rehearsal dinner to give speeches about the two of them. After their Conrad Indy rehearsal dinner, the party moved over to Tastings. These two really love their friends, and their friends really love them too. If you want to see even more photos from this day, head on over to Jennifer Van Elk Photography!

Cornerstone Wedding with Kathryn and Nate in Muncie

Cornerstone Wedding with Kathryn and Nate in Muncie

Kathryn and Nate had a beautiful wedding in Muncie this summer! I loved shooting their Cornerstone wedding! There were a lot of great moments throughout the day, but my favorite moment happened when the wedding was over. In the morning I photographed Kathryn and Nate getting ready at two different houses outside the city limits, in the country. We had been planning to do sunset shots at a local park at the end of the day, but after seeing these two houses I asked if it would be possible to return to one of them for some photos. They said yes, and we went to the house with a pond for some sunset shots. If you want to see even more photos from this day, head on over to Jennifer Van Elk Photography!

Coffee House Wedding with Jylian and Bertram

Coffee House Wedding with Jylian and Bertram

They left the Tinker House to walk down the street together at sunset. Bertram wrapped his arm around Jylian on the sidewalk, and they talked and laughed. It was a beautiful moment they shared together on a hot, summer day. I had so much fun shooting this coffee house wedding with Jylian and Bertram at the Tinker House Event space.
