Deep in the library amongst the rows of books, Allison and Daniel sat on the floor. Staring at each other with a deep sense of satisfaction and love. We were so lucky to be able to capture this moment with the two of them, when they took a break from the wedding and reception to relax for a moment. We’re so happy we were able to capture Allison and Daniel’s lovely Indianapolis Public Library wedding.
This day was so much fun to shoot! Allison and Daniel were such a fun couple and they had so many creative ideas on their wedding day! We were so excited that we were able to help capture their vision and document their day. Some of my favorite moments from the day were when Allison brought out a bunch of loose pages from a book. She wanted to throw them in the air and have them rain down around her and Daniel in the middle of the library. That photo was so much fun to capture. Another great moment was when Allison and Daniel iced their entire bridal party. They gave them all Smirnoff Ice bottles that were individually wrapped, and the entire bridal party had to get down on one knee and chug. I’m not sure if that’s something they do all over the US, but it seems to happen a lot at our weddings. The other moment I adored was when Purdue Pete came out on the dance floor to party with Allison and Daniel. It was a surprise and it was awesome! Enjoy the photos!

Firstly, check out Allison and Daniel’s engagement shoot! Their engagement shoot was in Chicago! We drove all over downtown Chicago to different locations that meant something to the two of them. It was a bitter cold day, so it was awesome that Allison and Daniel were willing to brave the cold with me to capture shots. The worst of it was when we went out on the lakefront and it was less than 0 degrees Fahrenheit with windchill that brought it down even a few more degrees!
Also, check out Rebecca and Jake’s wedding in downtown Indianapolis! Rebecca and Jake were married at St. John the Evangelist with a reception that followed at the Marrott! We had so much fun capturing their amazing wedding and all the different events on the day! It was a blast!
Finally, check out Chrissy and Kris’s gorgeous wedding at 1899 in downtown Indianapolis! Chrissy and Kris’s wedding was so intimate and fun! They were married on a Friday toward the end of winter. We were so lucky that the day they chose was quite warm. It was in the 50s. The week before and after were freezing conditions every day.
