Marott Wedding with Rebecca and Jake

It was hot outside in the middle of July on Rebecca and Jake’s wedding day. Shooting with a wedding dress and tux wasn’t the most fun thing, so we sought out the shade of the MInton-Capehart Federal Building in in downtown Indianapolis. The Minton-Capehart Federal Building has a beautiful mural painted on the bottom level. So, standing in front of the pink part of Milton Glaser’s mural, Rebecca and Jake hugged and danced and posed for pictures. After we were done shooting their portraits downtown, we heeded to their reception at the Marrot. Rebecca and Jake had a fantastic Marott wedding, and we’re so happy they chose us to capture the event!

We met up with Rebecca and Jake at the Marrott in the morning. They had separate getting ready rooms, and we were able to capture the two of them and their bridal party as they prepared for the big day! Afterwards, we brought Rebecca out for a first look with her father so he could see her lovely wedding dress. Then we brought Jake out for a first look with her that was amazing! After the first looks and a few photos, they had a lovely wedding at St. John the Evangelist before their reception back at the Marrott. This wedding was so much fun to capture!

A big thanks to all of the vendors who helped make this Marott wedding so wonderful!
